Join us at Expats In Wonderland, Berlin’s premier relocation agency, renowned for its exceptional service and dedication to helping expats from all corners of the world make Berlin their home. We're on the lookout for a dynamic, full-time Customer Service Manager to enhance our vibrant team.

Your Role:

  • Efficiently manage client communications via phone, email, and business Whatsapp, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and preparation, managing team schedules through Google Calendar.
  • Create and process client agreements and invoices using Invoicely.
  • Handle monthly tax receipt collection, scanning, and submission through DATEV, coordinating with accountants to ensure data accuracy.
  • Occasionally accompany clients to appointments, such as residency registrations, to provide seamless service.

Your Profile:

  • Possess exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and independent in developing systems to minimize errors.
  • Friendly and empathetic, yet efficient and clear in communication.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Fluent in German (professional level) and English (near-native proficiency).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, with familiarity in CRM and project management tools.
  • Interest or experience in workflow automation is a valuable asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability and stress management skills in a dynamic workplace.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
